190 Million Strong

The Neilsen Soundscan figures are out. This year, over 190 million CDs from the Top 200 of 2003 were sold. 50 Cent was at the top of the list with almost 6.5 million in sales, while the most disappointing album on the chart was Madonna’s American Life.
