Taking place in the Polish city of Gdynia for its 14th consecutive year, at the Kosakowo Airport, Open’er Music Festival is coming back once again with its epic Orange Main Stage featuring some of the biggest names in today’s music to this small city in Eastern Europe for three nights of epicness.
The previous lineups have held strong performances from the likes of A$AP Rocky, Alt-J, Alabama Shakes, Drake, Mumford And Sons, Modest Mouse, Major Lazer, Of Monsters And Men, Kendrick Lamar, and plenty other marquee artists.
This year’s lineup represents a healthy mix of genres looking to top last year’s, ranging from hip-hop stars like G-Eazy, The Weeknd. and Mac Miller, to the epic thrashings of Prophets of Rage, and Foo Fighters, plus a good dose of industrial vibes with legendary Radiohead.
Taking place between June 28th through July 1st, the festival’s main sponsor Heineken is looking to bring an unforgetable weekend to the people of Gdynia, with tickets available for sale of the festival website. While in existence for a over a decade, the 2017 incarnation of this European musical tradition is set to be one of the best years yet, and hopefully there will be many more set to come in the future.
